Kansas City Sales Training

Kansas City Sales Training

Kansas City.  It’s my home. It has been since 2002.  And – full disclosure – my move wasn’t all that far; I grew up in Topeka, about an hour away.  I started my business in 2004 in Kansas City, and today, I still live here.  Shawnee is my home currently (but if I tell people around the world that I live in Shawnee, KS, they think I live out on the Great Plains).  I love this place – the Royals, the Chiefs, Lakeside and Kansas Speedways, and barbecue.  Full disclosure – the best barbecue in the city comes off the smoker in my back yard.

Why am I telling you this?  Because, even though I’ve built a worldwide reputation, I still love Kansas City and my clients here.  I love doing sales training locally, or doing sales audits here, or coaching clients here.

There’s another reason.  While, as I discovered while speaking in Spain to people from all over Europe and Asia, 95 % of sales is worldwide, there are still local and regional differences – and it’s important to recognize that.

Why should local companies select me to work with their salespeople and sales managers?  There are a number of reasons.

First and foremost – I’m in touch with companies all over the world and in industries that I didn’t even know existed in 2004 when I started my business.  That means I can bring best practices from everywhere to help you succeed.

Second – I’m not locked into a curriculum that someone else wrote and published.  When you train with the Sales Navigator, you’re dealing with the person who HAD the idea, not the person who BOUGHT the idea.  That’s vital when salespeople ask questions beginning with “why?”

Third – you have a sales trainer and coach in your back yard that has been flown across the Atlantic by multinational corporations to train THEIR people.

Here’s what one Kansas City-based client had to say about my work – and here’s another.

With all that in mind, if you need sales training in Kansas City (or coaching, hiring assistance, or an assessment on your sales program, or a speaker for a meeting), let’s talk.  I love my traveling – but I’d also be delighted to drive across town to work with you.
