I’ve been doing Sales Management Coaching of high achievers for years through my Smooth Sailing Coaching programs, but they aren’t a fit for everyone. That’s why I developed the Chief Sales Officer Roundtable Program.
Admittedly, not every business employs someone with the exact title, Chief Sales Officer. But, if you’re reading this, that description probably applies to you. You’re a Sales Manager, the VP of Sales, an Owner, or perhaps the President. You have responsibility for managing all aspects of sales for your team, large or small. You’re a CSO if it falls on your shoulders to produce the top line growth your company needs – and this may be the Sales Management Coaching program for you.
Despite all challenges and frustrations, it is still possible to build your sales team up to its highest level. I know because I’m The Sales Navigator, and I’ve spent 19 years working with professionals just like you, learning from them, growing with them, and achieving consistent results. I built the Chief Sales Officer’s Roundtable to help you join that community of success.
The Chief Sales Officer’s Roundtable is both a yearlong training and Sales Management coaching program AND an instant advisory board. Led by me, The Sales Navigator, you’ll participate with a select, small group of individuals facing the same work, same joys, same highs, and same struggles as you. Each and every month, we’ll meet virtually for half day sessions that include:
- Moderated group issue resolution and accomplishment celebrations.
- New sales training lessons presented in a “train the trainer” format. This will prepare you to teach that same lesson to your people, complete with instructors’ materials and handouts.
- Member Spotlight sessions embracing the peer review process. One participant will share their biggest challenge, and the other members and I will help that member work through new solutions to it.
There will be work to do outside of the sessions, as well. Every month, a new Sales Management training module will be published exclusively for the CSO cohort, and you will be expected to complete it; we’ll discuss it during our session.
But what is a promotion email without a, Wait, There’s More, section? Your CSO Roundtable program begins with an assessment process that includes a written self-assessment of your team, its capabilities, and your needs, followed by a two-hour one on one online session to get you started on the right path. Each month, you’ll get a 60-minute one-on-one coaching session with me, tailored to your issues and goals. You’ll get my exclusive CSO Sales Management Handbook with tutorials and tools. Finally, you’ll be admitted to the members-only LinkedIn CSO Roundtable discussion group, so you and your cohort can network and brainstorm.
This program is a one-year commitment. The first meeting will be in the afternoon of January 13, from 1 PM to 5 PM Central time, and will meet on the second Thursday afternoon of each month thereafter. Your one-on-one coaching sessions will be scheduled at your convenience; I’ll have a Calendly page set up so that you can schedule your own times.
The investment for this program is $999 per month for the 12 months.
