This is the answer to a question I get asked frequently. “Troy, my veteran salespeople (and maybe some of my non-veteran salespeople) don’t want to use my CRM program. How can I persuade them to do it?” I’ve seen a lot of people attempting to answer the question, but they all come at it from a tech-centric perspective, not a sales-centric perspective.
